Here at Fold-a-Cover we strive to have all of our products in stock and ready to go when orders are placed though our online Factory Store. When we receive an order during business hours we try to processes them as soon as possible. If you place your order through our Factory Store before 3:00pm Est we will ship your order out the same day! If you place your Fold-a-Cover order after 3:00pm or over the weekend, we will ship out your order the next business day.
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email of your order right away, a confirmation once we process the order, and then a final confirmation email once it has shipped along with a tracking number so you can see exactly when you Fold-a-Cover order will arrive at your location. Remember, most orders will be two packages, one is the tonneau cover and the other is the windseal rails.
Once shipped it takes approximately 3-5 days to deliver via FedEx ground within the continental United States. This actual time all depends on the distance the package is being shipped. For shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, be sure to give us a call and we can provide you with a shipping quote to your postal code.
